TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Respect: All participants, spectators, and staff must be treated with courtesy. Harassment, discrimination, profanity, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

• Altercations: Any physical or verbal altercation may result in immediate removal and possible suspension from future use. 

• Substances: Alcohol, illegal drugs, and intoxication are strictly prohibited. Smoking and vaping are allowed only in designated outdoor areas. 

• Access: Only authorized staff may enter restricted areas. Please use designated entrances and exits.

• Equipment & Property: Use courts, goals, nets, and equipment only as intended. Any damange caused by misuse will be the renter's financial responsibility.

• Belongings: Wichita's Edge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. A lost & found is located near the front desk. 

• Footwear: Non-marking athletic shoes are required. Outdoor and black-soled shoes are prohibited. 

• Gameplay: All play must be sportsmanlike. Rough play or unsafe conduct will result in removal. 

• Food & Drink: Only water is allowed on courts and turf. Food and other beverages must remain in designated spectator or concession areas. 

• Reservations: Courts and spaces must be booked in advance through Wichita's Edge reservation system.

• Payment: All reservations must be paid in full prior to use. 

• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance for a full refund. Within 14 days, deposits/payments are non-refundable. 

• Schedule Adjustments: Wichita's Edge reserves the right to adjust court assignments in case of conflicts, maintenance, or special events. 

• Emergencies: Follow staff instructions and be aware of exists. 

• Injuries: All injuries must be reported immediately. First aid supplies are available; emergency services will be called if needed. 

• Compliance: Guests must follow all posted rules and staff instructions.

• Consequences: Violations may result in suspension or permanent bans without refund. 

• Acknowledgment of Risk: Participation in sports involves risks of injury, illness, or property damage. 

• Assumption of Risk: By entering Wichita's Edge, you voluntarily assume these risks. 

• Release & Indemnification: You agree to release and hold harmless Wichita's Edge Sports Complex, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims arising out of facility use, except for gross negligence or intentional misconduct. 

In the event of injury, Wichita's Edge staff may provide basic first aid and, if necessary, contact emergency medical services. Reasonable efforts will be made to reach your emergency contact. You are responsible for all related medical expenses. ​

By entering the facility, you grant permission for Wichita's Edge to use photographs, video, or recordings for promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out, please notify staff in writing. 

Wichita's Edge may update these Terms & Conditions. Updates will be posted on-site and online and are effective immediately. ​

By entering the facility, booking a reservation, or participating in any activity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If booking for others, you are responsible for ensuring all participants are aware of these terms.
